FAQ

Primed Mind is a mindset coaching app that uses a combination of hypnosis, meditation, and performance coaching techniques to generate positive mental states. Our audios are designed to “Prime” you to perform at your best in whatever is most important to you. That might mean a boost of energy to start your day, getting in the zone before a workout or a competition, or falling asleep fast. Primed Mind has an audio for nearly any scenario you can imagine, and we are adding more Primers each month.

Getting started with Primed Mind is as easy as picking your subject (Start Your Day, Melt Away Stress, Fall Asleep Fast, etc), finding a comfortable place where you can relax for the duration of the audio, pop in some headphones, and hit play. From there Elliot Roe will guide you to a place of deep relaxation where you’ll receive verbal suggestions and visualizations to help you achieve the optimal mental state for your chosen activity. It’s like meditation, but with a specific and targeted goal.

Elliot Roe is the voice of Primed Mind and considered one of the top Mindset & Performance coaches in the world. After a successful career with over $32,000,000 earnings, poker phenom Fedor Holz decided he wanted to tackle the business world. Being a long time client of Elliot’s, Fedor knew the power of improving your mindset. The two decided to collaborate on the project, and Primed Mind was born.

Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation similar to what you would experience during meditation. In hypnosis you’re not asleep, nor unconscious, you’re in another level of awareness where you can more easily access your subconscious mind. In this state you are more receptive to suggestion, and the deep state of relaxation makes it easier to visualize the result you desire.

Yes, hypnosis is extremely safe. In fact, you experience the state of hypnosis many times each day when you catch yourself daydreaming. Hypnosis creates a state of extreme relaxation, so you should never participate in hypnosis or listen to a hypnosis audio while driving or doing any other activity that requires your focused attention.

Primed Mind has a selection of free Primers, allowing you to see what the app is all about before you buy. When you decide you want the full experience, Primed Mind Plus costs $12.99/mo or $69.99/year.

Yes, in addition to the free Primers, the yearly Primed Mind Plus subscription includes a 7-day free trial so you can test it out for a full week before you’re charged anything.

Many Primed Mind users listen to multiple Primers in a day. The correct answer is simply to use it as often as you find beneficial. That might be once when you wake up in the morning, once in the middle of the day to recharge, and once to help you fall asleep. That also might mean you use it a few times each month when you really need to melt away some stress, or to prepare for an important moment in your life. Everyone is different, so try it for yourself and find what works best for you.
